I've been waxed by both Jessica & Bailie, they both made me feel really comfortable & they walked me through the process. Never hesitated to answer questions I had. Definitely recommend them!
I have just moved to Winter Haven and chose The Secret Garden based on the reviews. The reviews were legit! Baile was the absolute best. I've had several waxes in the past but this was THE best experience! Baile was so knowledgeable about her craft. She took great care and explained things about the process that others had not. She is friendly and professional. If you visit you will NOT be disappointed.
Jessica is amazing!!! She did a great job!!! She was polite, professional, engaged and super nice! She explained everything she was doing. She mapped out my brows and showed me what she was thinking and then did exactly that. It had been a while since I got a bikini wax and I thought it was going to be super painful. But it wasn’t. She did an awesome job! I highly recommend them. Just super great!
