Disappointing does not begin to describe how my visit turn out to my local staples. The lack of customer service and the unexpected rudeness of the staff was unbelievable. I attempted to ask a question the employee will talk over me not allowing to ask the question about the services and as I asked about the self serve area to attempt to do it my self she wouldn't direct me to the location. I'm absolutely a lost customer to this brand after this incident won't recommend to no one nor will be ordering for my company from this brand.

I was in the printing center area on Saturday, I was being helped by a young man by the name of Jerry. I have to say he was extremely patient with me showed me how to work the machines. And was such a gentleman. I was so glad to have someone help that made it so easy for me to complete my orders.

They have a large inventory so usually have what I want. Prices are reasonable and the workers seem to know their products.
