Cleaned my vents, disinfected them also 500 dollars and replaced intake vent under my home which was very old and repaired an opening in my air conditioningvent 900 dollars. Answered any questions I had and respectful.Services: A/C system maintenance

My air conditioner died during the current heat wave. R&E sent a technician on Saturday, within hours of my calling. He went out of his way to communicate with others at the company to apprise them of my need for a new unit. On Sunday, I received another call letting me know they would be here early Monday morning to remove the old unit. At the same time, they will send someone to a neighboring town to procure a new unit and bring it to my home for installation. THAT IS GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND
