I would just like to say I have been in chronic pain for years and nothing has helped even after my second neck surgery. I’ve been to pain management chiropractors, specialist and everything in between. RICK is amazing and has been working on me a couple months. I was in tears in the beginning. I cannot express enough how much pain I’ve been in…….FOR YEARS, to the point of not wanting to go on at times. I go days sometimes a week with zero pain. If I could give Polk Therapy 10 stars I would.The ladies in the office go out of their way to accommodate you. Dealing with all your insurance requirements and making sure your appointments are scheduled properly.The therapy staff, Jim, Sheri, Amber and Bree are amazing !!!They are knowledgeable and caring. Answering questions that we all have when needing to go to PT. Pushing you as needed to make you move and heal from whatever injury, accident or surgery you are recovering from.

Good yet they didn't measure my range of motion progress. Your kind of left alone to do the work yourself , they multi task patients and shuffle people around. It's good care and I got better wich was the goal, lead guy is friendly and knowledgeable , the female pt assistant ladies are kind and friendly. They keep good sanitation protocol. Lifted the mask demand to if you want to wear one you may.
