I have only used Polk Air Conditioning since having my house for more than 15 years. They have always been professional, courteous, polite, prompt with answering/getting back, as well as on time according to scheduling, appropriate pricing, etc. I could go on and on. Very professional and pleasant to work with. They discussed options with me and didn't try to up sell like most other companies. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job on time. The technicians were very polite and even cleaned up everything after they finished. I don't know why every company doesn't do this. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and highly recommend for all HVAC needs!

Amazing. The service techs are always the best. They have the best attitude, so polite, and always get the job done on a timely manner. We call Polk Air with all of our needs and would recommend them to anyone out there!!
