The moment we stepped in ... with our Frenchie, Snoozy ... The staff at the front desk welcomed us and let us know that we would soon be taken care of (there was a customer before us checking in). We were pleased to find Paw Haven to be very clean and to have a friendly atmosphere. Mark was our Tech and Dr. Sutton examined Snoozy giving her a complete check-up and administering shots. They both were very caring and professional in handling Snoozy (and us) : ) We have already recommened Paw Haven Animal Hospital Winter Haven to Family & Friends!
My frenchie is in the best hands at Paw Haven. The staff is so friendly and goes out of their way to ensure my dog and I’s comfort. They are very detailed in explanation, providing options, and even assisted me with finding the perfect pet insurance for us. I love that a visit to Paw Haven doesn’t feel like going to a place where a corporation has put profit over patient experience, and we are just another dollar. This doesn’t mean that you are forgoing features that may be hallmarks of large corporate owned pet hospitals. Our dog Toby swallowed a big piece of corn cob. We recently moved to the area and were in a panic. We choose to go to Paw Haven based on their reviews and locality. When we arrived at Paw Haven we felt welcomed and comforted right away. They were nice enough to allow Toby to be seen without an appointment. Everyone was empathetic and were true dog lovers. They gave Toby meds to induce vomiting. They kept Toby entertained, laughing and playing with him waiting for the meds to work. The entire team did an exceptional job.
