Would like to say THANK YOU very much Eric for your incredible service, I called Natural Air on Friday night my A/C decided to stop working properly, i made the appointment for Saturday morning and Eric came to the rescue right on time. My ac was not cooling properly and I called Natural air and spoke with the nicest lady.. I asked if they have anything sooner than what she offered me. There was a tech that was in the area and the tech was here within 30 min. The tech was very informative and replaced a part that he said would eventually wear out sooner than later. They get 5 stars for good customer service!
