“I went in to the photo lab area today to pick up an order. While there I was helped by Julissa. She was so sweet, calm and patient with me. She applied a coupon to my order saving me 50%. She helped navigate how to use the self help copying machines. ? She then offered me a bag to keep the papers tidy. I came into the store with anxiety but left feeling at peace. These kinda experiences keep me coming back. “
