I've used this company 3 times in the past to eradicate termites in our mobile home park, and they've always been very fair, prompt, courteous and thorough. Today, they sent Mark to my home for a free inspection to evaluate what I suspected was termites. He checked the home and concluded my issue was just ants. He could have sold me on tenting, but was honest and saved me a major expense and inconvenience. Thank You Mark and ICI!

I can't say enough positive things about ICI. From their prompt, professional, and efficient service, to their attention to detail and courteous treatment throughout the process. I am gladly paying their yearly maintenance fee now, as it's well worth the money to have that assurance for the next several years! They're very competitively priced and well worth the cost.

We just recently had our house tented for termites and I cannot say enough good about them. With so many extermination companies in Florida, reviews mean everything when it comes to the actual decision on who to go with. They gave us plenty of pamphlets with an answer to any question we could possibly have, did a very thorough and safe job (we drove by during the process and saw the work they had done), and it was highly affordable. They used Zithor gas and it left no smell, no residue, nothing. We were out of our house for 48 hours and came back with everything inside and out absolutely untouched. They left no trace of them being here and did a very professional job....read full review
