They were perfect. They have a forever customer now. Jimmy was such a great help. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. My ac went out and I called Iceberg at 7pm last weekend and they were there as soon as possible. Breanna has great customer service. They also fixed my issue and got my ac working first time around! So very thankful for them and will be a lifetime customer.

Kit was my service tech today. First time using this company buy definitely won't be the last. Very respectful and professional. Check my system and didn't try to up sell or get me to buy a new one. He explained that maintenance would prolong the life of my HVAC unit. Appreciate the service and will definitely recommend to my neighbors.
