Home Instead

Working as the director for a medical home health company allowed for multiple shared patients with Home Instead. I have appreciated how caring their staff is with patients, and the level of communication from their management team. I have seen the quality of their services firsthand and would recommend using Home Instead of Winter Haven over any of the other companies in the area.

I live in OK. My 83 year old brother lives in FL. He became ill and since I'm his only living relative I was left with the task of determining the care he would get after leaving the medical facility. He wanted to go back home so I needed to find assistance in the home. Dana, at Home Instead spent hours helping me find in home care. She went to interview him and met me and filled contract which took much time. As it worked out, the doctors decided to put him on Hospice and determined he needed 24 hr care. We canceled the contract. I highlyy service at Home Instead.

We called Home Instead when my mom unexpectedly found herself in need of a caregiver. Dana took the time to get to know what she really needed and set up an amazing caregiver for her. Unfortunately her health worsened and she ended up in the hospital and then a care home. Through all that, Dana and the team kept supporting her and her caregiver has been there with her through it all and is helping us stay connected to what’s going on as we’re out of town. It’s a huge piece of mind knowing she has a companion she enjoys and we have a conduit to what’s going on with her care. Cannot recovering the team enough!
