It was my first visit and it was a highly satisfactory one! Brenda (assistant) was so kind and respectful! I was nervous and she made feel uncomfortable and at ease. Her kind way of explaining everything I was sure I was in the right place! Dr. Fidy was amazing and thorough in his assessment. The best dental visit I’ve had in a very long time! I highly recommend them!
I chipped the tooth and called Geeenberg dental in the Winter Haven and got in the same day. After doctor Fidy informed me that I needed a crown they contacted insurance and the 1st day the insurance gave the approval I got into the office. The whole process from scheduling to the partial crown to the final product was nearly painless. I am absolutely thrilled with the service.I received.
This was the best place to go , if you want to be treated with kindness and professionalism, I highly recommend Ramez Fidy and Maggie at the front desk is amazing and very helpful and kind . Overall my experience there was 10/10 and and will continue to go here special thank you to Stephanie I highly recommend her also !
