Don't use this place! They don't train properly and when you get it wrong they scream at you! I worked here for 3 weeks and I couldn't understand them half the time. Which leaded me to forget and get called stupid, at some point I started to believe them too!

Kenny Patel owner- no integrity / company is a scamCame in September 15th on a Friday to drop off a duvet comforter. My ticket showed pick up would be the following week Thursday9-21-2023. Couldn’t make it that day so I came in the following day . When I went in the lady at the desk couldn’t find my item under my name/ number. Thankfully I had my yellow item ticket . Do yourself a favor and find another dry cleaner. Management doesn't stand behind their work, so use their services at your own risk. I've had better service in my home state, but they've done an adequate job for the past three or four years. I picked up my clothing today and all four items had hair and lint on them. One of my shirts had wrinkles that were pressed into its back. The cashier was pleasant at first and he even agreed with my complaints. He also tried to remove the hair and lint with a roller, but there was too much and I was in a hurry. I asked the cashier to contact the owner to request a discount because he refused to offer one.
