5 stars for the service from Nurse Valadez and for Dr Gabriel who did my surgery. I felt listened to and taken seriously which is something I've had a hard time finding in the medical field. My experience and wants were heard out and respected. And as a result I'm now free of chronic severe pelvic pain. I've also only had positive experience with the ladies that handle physical therapy. I took a star off because of the dozens of times I've called the office to schedule appointments, work out prescription or billing details, or ask questions, my calls have only been answered or returned once or twice. I cannot recommend Dr. Valadez highly enough! From the moment I stepped into their office, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Their expertise and compassionate care immediately put me at ease.Dr. Valadez took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions thoroughly. My appt was with Jenifer Valadez. I couldn’t be more impressed. She is amazing. I felt comfortable speaking with her and during my exam. I’ve already started recommending her to my friends and family!
