I have always seen Mr or Mrs doctor Issar They have always met with my needs with my complaints and with what I have asked for regarding my health. The front desk staff is always accommodating in a timely manner with my request.

Dr.Balan is absolutely amazing and would not ask for a better,compassionate, caring doctor!! He is the only Dr. I go to and the only one in that office I even trust with any of my medical information!! Dr. Balan you ROCK!!!!!!!!!!! And I like Caroline also she is the only office staff he has that has respect and doesn’t roll her eyes or talk about the pt.s like they can’t hear them!!
