Well first of all, Chris didn’t show up until 4:15pm and thought he could get everything done before dark. This took 3 days. Found out first of all he had the wrong size soffit. I was given a quote for soffit replacement and to replace the rotten fascia wood boards. He started ripping out the old soffit and disconnected my internet. He tried to repair it, but it didn’t work and had to call Frontier out. He said my deposit was all I had to pay for the inconvenience I was caused. He also ripped open the box where the telephone wires were instead of using a screwdriver to unscrew it and damaged it and did not replace the door.
