I have used Chris for my property management business, as well as for personal renovations for over 15 years and I would definitely recommend him to others. I decided to leave a review because I read the previous review that only gave him one star. I feel that the review is an isolated issue that does not tell who Chris really is as a person. I can understand their frustration because I too have had my fair share of handyman or contractors that are undependable and provide poor workmanship.
