Absolutely wonderful place. My children will be here until they age out of being serviced. Everyone is so welcoming and even with all the craziness that comes with dental services they make sure to help keep the kids calm as they are being cared for.

A Pediatric Dentist Who Goes Above and Beyond!I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Tran at Bright Smiles of Winter Haven and I couldn't be happier with the experience.First of all, the waiting area is very cheerful and inviting. It is filled with colorful decorations, kid-friendly furniture, and a play area that helps distract my little one from the pre-appointment jitters.What impressed me the most, however, was the level of care and patience exhibited by Dr. Tran and her staff. Just for future new patients to be aware beforehand...... I Absolutely loved the staff, and the Dentist. I was unaware that I was not allowed to go back with my daughter for her tooth being pulled and wasn't told until we were called back againfor the procedure. My daughter did not like this, and when I asked if anything I filled out or was given, stated this was a rule, the staff said "normally parents ask beforehand," as a new patient coming from a dentist that I was able to go back with her for her last two pullings I believe this should definitely be something that is gone over before payments are made and procedures are discussed.
