Bottom Line Tax Service has completed my taxes since 2010. The level of service is above what anyone can imagine. Chris and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable about the IRS tax code. There has not been a time when I emailed Chris with a question she did not know the answer. I am an attorney and I STILL get intimidated with completing my taxes. Chris explains EVERYTHING. Most importantly, she IS ALWAYS striving to learn more and become more knowledgeable with changes to the tax code AND how it affects my bottom line (no pun intended). 100% recommend! They saved the day this year with all the confusing new tax rules. I called the day before the due date and Caroline helped me set up my extension request right over the phone!! She really made me feel better by helping me so quickly!! She also made me an appointment for the following week with Christine, who helped me file my taxes and answered all my questions. She even got me more money than I was able to get trying to do them on my own with an app. Everyone at this company is so professional and friendly and really do a great job. Give them a call when you need tax help for sure!!!
