I visited AdventHealth Centra Care Winter Haven on the 10/26/2024 at 8:05am and was done by 8:29am and I had an excellent experience. AdventHealth Centra Care Winter Haven speed and service is second to none! I was seen quickly, and the staff was professional, compassionate, and attentive. The facility was extremely clean and well-organized, and the team handled my issue with urgency and care. The receptionist was exceptional, the nurse and doctor was extremely thorough in explaining my steps and options to treatment and made me feel comfortable. I literally went there in DESPERATION because I couldn't get a a referral from my PRIMARY doctor.

It was great from the waiting time, the paperwork and the checking in, it was seamless.

The staff was fabulous and the doctor was informative and professional, the doctor gave me the care that I needed with a referral tim which he now knew that I needed.

went here twice and each time i saw the same doctor. he listens, but he still tries to get you in and out as fast as possible, and i appreciate that. i do not like going to any kind of doctors office so i enjoy being in and out while still having my problems solved. very clean. the front desk lady is awesome
