⚠️ Avoid. Very unprofessional behaviors exhibited by the owner Francisco. I arrived there only to be seated for 3 hours and my taxes weren't completed in person. Francisco was constantly having side conversations and being constantly distracted hence the reason my taxes weren't completed in person. I was rescheduled. Then my rescheduled was rescheduled again. I finally was able to complete my taxes on web cam with another person there by the name of Wanda. Wanda did not thoroughly explain to me what I was receiving in return nor a breakdown of my tax return. It took me two months to receive my tax papers via email and mail.
