“I basically watched this establishment be built from the ground up. When I learned it was going to be a spa I knew I would be a customer I just didn’t know when. After other birthday plans for my husband fell through I thought, “this is the perfect opportunity for a Couple’s Massage.” I didn’t search to compare prices, read reviews, nothing. I knew we were coming to Visions BUT it was only two days before I needed the appointment! The woman at the front desk (her name escapes me, please forgive) worked out the details and was able to accommodate us for a Couples Massage. When we arrived the great service continued. We were served infused water and tea while we waited for our appointment. The place is gorgeous inside! It’s impeccably clean and the vibration is high. The same goes for the massage room. Both massage therapists paid incredible attention to detail, were professional, personable, and kind. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend.“

“I love this salon and especially always love my nails done by Sam! His attention to detail and design are impeccable! I’ve also had my nails done, pedicures and eyebrows waxed by many of their other technicians who always do a great job as well. The salon is conveniently located off of Avalon and Marsh with easy parking and it’s always easy to get an appointment as it is a very large salon and they have many technicians and multiple pedicure chairs available. “I've been to a few different Hand and Stones over the years, was even a member for a long time. This was my first visit at this location and it was pretty good. I did both a massage and facial. My friend recommended Sarah for my massage, who was very good. I added on the essential oils which made for a relaxing addition. Afterwards I returned to the lobby to wait for my facial-- this to me could have been a better experience. I feel like a room in the back would have been better because going back to the busy lobby made me kind of come out of that relaxing zone. Plus, it didn't seem like my esthetician even knew I had an appt beforehand, which I think would have just made more sense. But anyway, my facial was not something I would have chosen for myself as I've never been a big fan of them. It has been probably at least 15 years since I'd had one because I have very sensitive skin. I tried to explain this to my person (forgot her name) and it felt like she was taken aback by it. The facial started out feeling like a sales pitch, which I didn't like. The facial itself was mostly relaxing as they include some massage in it. However, I would have liked to know a bit more about what they were putting on my face because many times it was burning but I figured maybe it should feel that way. I'm going to wait to see how my skin reacts to this facial before I book another and possibly try to book with someone that knows sensitive skin.“
