I've been going to Kurt for 3 years and from the very first session I started feeling better and finished with an energetic bounce in my step. Kurt is professional and a really great person. Kurt was extremely respectful and very knowledgeable about the human body. I did the one hour stretch and while it did hurt it was a good pain. The rest of the day I felt really good. Kurt was also helpful in giving me tips for stretching and things to work on at home. Prices are reasonable.
