We knew it was time for our kitty to cross the rainbow bridge. Not wanting to take him out of his home, we contacted Heavenly Paws. Michelle, so compassionate, arranged for Dr. Kiva to come to us. Dr. Kiva lovingly cared for our kitty, as well as us. We will be forever grateful.
We had a wonderful experience with Heavenly Paws from the first call to our baby girl passing. Michelle is very kind, helpful and compassionate. Dr. Kiva was also very kind, had a calm energy, was sweet to not only our baby girl prior/during/after her euthanasia but sweet to our daughter and other pup. She was very respectful of our space and tender with our doggy. Overall, we had as good of an experience I think we could have had.
Our experience with Heavenly Paws was absolutely fantastic from initially requesting information to actually going through the painful experience of saying goodbye to our fur baby Mia. Dr. Kara showed us so much compassion and understanding. She took the time to explain the process, answer any questions, and reassure us evey step of the way. Dr. Kara treated our baby with love the minute she walked in the door and even had yummy treats for her. Everyone felt safe and supported. The experience was just so peaceful.
