“All I can say is what a fabulous experience from beginning to end. Our sales rep and VP Christopher were both friendly and knowledgeable. We picked out a couple of samples which he brought to the house when he measured. Told us the benefits and drawbacks of each for us based on our lifestyle. He did not try to upsell, which gave us confidence in the company and people. The timing for installation was flexible. We did 4 rooms in carpet and 1 in laminate.
