I had an appt with Gina on 4/2/24 as a new client. She cancelled on me two hours before my appt because she forgot it wasn’t her day in the studio. I had arranged my whole workday to make the appt. Gina offered to reschedule and I asked if she had any openings on Friday (3 days later). Gina didn’t respond for 10 hours, until 10:48pm. Gina kept my credit card info and on 4/10/24 charged me a cancellation fee. The full price of the service that SHE cancelled. Beware.
