Fantastic service and a very fair price. Todd is sales was excellent and did everything he could do move us up in the schedule for our new unit. Sam and Juan did a fantastic job with the install and patiently answered all our questions.
Mikhail was fine. I was very disappointed to find out that your price for a box of filters is significantly higher than what I pay when I purchase from Publix-approximately $60. This was after I had already written ck to Armstrong Air. I won’t make that mistake next time.
Luis Ortiz called ahead of time to coordinate his arrival and arrived on time. He immediately began work analyzing the possible error causes. Once he found it, he kept going to ensure it wasn’t the only error.
Throughout the process, he was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. At every step of the process, he informed me of the steps he was taking, why it was necessary, and what the possible effects could be.
He was a wonderful person to work with and I regret that I can only grant him 5 stars. He was much better than that!
