I trained with Shane for a year and he was amazing! He was always ready to challenge me and motivate. During this time I saw results not only on my physical appearance but most importantly on my overall health. My main concern was my cholesterol and thanks to his training I was able to lower it to normal ranges!

Big shout out to the staff especially on 8/5/24 rain from the trop storm was creating problem areas in the ceiling and staff were extremely professional and proficient at keeping the area safe and if a mess did arise it was taken care of quickly. Front desk staff top notch! Only complaint wish there was at least 2 more smith machines, people lose their minds waiting in line for these, along with hovering around, intimidating or constantly checking and asking “how many do you have left” until they get their turn. But I guess you have that in every gym. More smith machines would highly negate this problem.
My wife and i started Personal training with CarlosLuis P few weeks back. We are so glad to have him as our personal trainer at this Windermere signature club. We found CarlosLouis as a professional, sincere and welcoming individual. He is very skilled and seasoned. Personal training Mgr Ally is very helpful in ensuring the smooth initial start up.
