They get you on their schedule quickly and their tech who goes by "Kay" is a the most honest air conditioning tech I have ever met.A big local company you've heard of wanted over $2,000 for the MINIMUM repair. And it would take a long time to get the parts to fix it. They instead pushed me to buy a whole new unit.Kay on the other hand called around and found the parts and for the entire job including multiple trips to my home and labor wanted less than HALF what the major company wanted. “My 2007 unit finally gave up the ghost. After getting 4 quotes on a replacement decided to go with Dusty's due to his knowledge on evaluating my existing system personality and while the price was not the cheapest I had received it was far from the most expensive. The price was exactly what I would call fair what was received and an excellent value considering the work performed.

Communication and coordinating payment and scheduling also very easy. No upsells either, he explained my options and recommendations and answered all my questions.

Dusty himself showed up for install and both his assistant himself were prompt and professional, fast and thorough, the install was done beyond my expectations, everything ended up looking good as new. New line-set, new drain line, new slab and all wiring secured. It just looks and works great and they were done in about 6 hours.

“I called on Saturday morning not expecting someone to stop by as my upstairs AC unit failed during the night. To my surprise a technician, Kevin, showed up on Saturday afternoon and got my system going even though some parts needed to be replaced. Good news for me the system was still under warranty. He said their office would call on Monday, which they did, Alyssa was very helpful. She put me on the schedule to have those parts replaced and Kevin came back to finish the job. I am extremely happy with the work and communication. Great people with good values. I definitely recommend Webster and will call again.“
