Darrell with Vintage Realty Group is the real deal! Not only does he know Windemere better than any other agent, it is his home! He is passionate about his hometown and being the most educated in current considerations and circumstances that people need to be made aware of. I have observed a few of his projects under construction/remodel and it is obvious that the quality is of the highest standards. To the point that several of his homes that he has sold in the past, the new owners come back and have him do the renovations and even resale the home when it’s time to do so. I have called Darrell randomly for questions and answers that didn’t benefit him in any way. He has always taken the time and talked with me answering questions and giving me sound PROFESSIONAL advice. I am grateful for this. It seems as though most people only have time if you’re willing to pay them. I don’t get that feeling from Darrell at all. He always wants to help and even during some tense moments I have witnessed the level headed professional that all realtors should aspire to.

Darrell was our realtor after going through 2 others since we were not seeing results from them in our search for our perfect first home. He was our light at the end of a year long tunnel. Darrell was on top of it, our house was put on the market and less than an hour later we were inside looking at it! He was unbelievably fast and knowledgeable about what was going on. Not only is he knowledgeable about the housing market but about what to do once you get the house! He was so amazing to bounce ideas off of and costing, since he is a contractor himself you don't need to hire a separate one to come in an estimate your renovation cost before you buy your home! We are going to recommend Darrell to everyone in this area!

After wasting time with other agents who don’t know the market , we found Darrell . Not only did he know our market , but he told us and showed us the truth in our area . He worked his butt off 24/7.. he found us a buyer but in the end we decided not to sell No pressure no bs no games Honest insanely obsessed with finding us a new home and selling our current one .. these kind of people are a rare find .. we recommended our son to him and he found the perfect house at a great price We love Darrell and by the way his wife is an amazing decorator and party planner!
