“Sarah saved me!!! I haven't had my hair done in the area since we moved here and went to a very popular franchise ( I won't mention) to get a partial highlight and a color. The stylist completely wrecked my hair!!! 3 hours later and after 3rd attempt to correct it, she just made matters worse. I was frantic and trying to find a salon that could correct it and I called Fringe in desperation. Without hesitation, Sarah had me come in. She worked magic and reversed the color damage and gave me great advise on the next steps to continue the repair. She stayed after hours, was so knowledgeable, comforting and patient.
