It’s hard to put into words exactly how amazing Scott is. My decision to sell was emotional because I was selling the place where I had spent half my life. While I was still waffling, Scott met with me and answered every question I had plus he gave me information on things to consider that I never would have thought about. Scott did an excellent job in helping me sell my office condo. I picked Scott based on his prior great reviews, and I am glad I found him. We were able to come up with a good market price quickly. We had a good response for the showings, and had an offer within 45 days. Scott was always available to reach out when I had questions, or need help with the property. He helped me fix things that will bring buyer interest. Until the final closing and settlement, he make sure all parties are properly communicated. Scott is a great realtor, and I would like to work with him again, for my future real estate transactions.
