Benchina refused to schedule a massage that was paid for on Groupon. She said she would extend the date and allow me to gift it Instead of giving me the serviceand then when my friend tried to schedule she didn’t have any appointments for six months and said it expired. I have been asking her for months before to allow me to schedule and she would not honor the Groupon. She is irresponsible and dishonest. She accepted money and would not provide the service. She canceled late on me twice and was very difficult to schedule and had months delays and now she will not provide service for a paid massage.

Terrible service. Has no appointments for 6 months then saids Groupon will be expired. She is dishonest and irresponsible and fraudently accepting monies from Groupon for services she refuses to provide. A very unethical person!

NO STARS. I tried for a week to book an appointment using my Groupon. They never confirmed anything. Impossible to communicate. They never answer the phone and sporadically answer texts. They lost my business. Booked with someone else in 10 minutes.
