I need to give a shout out too Marie and rocko who took care of me while my Dr Tom Smith was in surgery. These employees are outstanding, and went out of there way for me. Went Walgreens and my doctor's made o huge mistake. God bless them. Hope you all will think about giving them an outstanding employee off the month and year

It Was A Awesome Visit. Also The Staff was helpful and Well Mannered. Also Desneshia was helpful and Respectful. One of the nurses name Takiyah The Nurses where nice and friendly and the Doctors also has Great Knowledge.

Care Resource has been my provider since 2017. Most of the time they are completely disorganized. Today again 07/26/23 I had an appointment for Lab work, and when I showed up I was told "sorry, you will have to come back, the order is not on file, and the physician is not in today". Such problems have happened many times in the past. I have to say however that the Lab Department is top notch. They have always taken care of any issue that came up, and it has happened so many times over 7 years. These ladies do an outstanding job, they take care of business. And they handled the situation today again. I would not say the same thing at all about any other departments of Care Resource. Except for my Physician, Scott Heichman ARPN, he is also top notch.
