SO thankful for Chelsea for saving my lashes after I did a botched DYI lashkit and they got STUCK to my eyes! I thought I would have no lashes but she did an amazing job removing them for me. She was so nice and helpful, I 10/10 recommend her! I'll definitely be back! ?

Hunter is branching out into nails and I was happy to sit and let her do mine! Even though she is new her attention to detail is wonderful, a lot of seasoned techs forget to round the underside and smooth the corners . She freehanded my french tip and has a great eye for color. Will definitely be going back!

This place was highly recommended to me for several years so I finally tried it out. The atmosphere has a very local Southern-friendly vibe. It definitely feels like a place that caters to its regulars and I mean that in the best way. After all, it speaks to their expertise that they have so many regulars. But they are quite gossipy and cliquey. Friendly, yes, but I still felt really out of place. Even after I name-dropped my sister-in-law, who is one of their regulars, I felt like an outsider. As for my hair, both cut and color came out amazing. I was pretty excited and mentioned that I would be calling soon to book my next appointment. But when I got out to my car and looked at my hair closely, I saw that my hair had been styled to carefully cover up the fact that my ear and side of my face had hair dye all over it. I do remember the stylist rubbing my face with water in that spot so it's clear she knew the dye was there but in the end she chose to try and hide it as if I wouldn't notice. I'm terrible at coloring my own hair, I always get dye on my hands despite wearing gloves, but never have I dyed the side of my face. Unprofessional to send me out that way, in my opinion. There's zero chance she hadn't noticed. Five-star cut and color otherwise. It's been 6 months of me not sure if I should go back to try one of their other services. I likely won't be back.
