Walked out this morning and saw water running from my yard on down the street. I was able to turn off the supply line and stop the leak and of course we then had no water. Called Mike Scott and within hours they were here, dug up the old, put in the new and our water service was back on. On top of being prompt. efficient and clean, the rate was very reasonable. Kudos. Mike Scott is now our go to guy for any plumbing needs.
Had a tree land on our well pump in the middle of the day and bust a pipe. Kevin Doherty and his team came out immediately. They went above and beyond making sure our water lines were clear and everything was working correctly. Very professional and attentive. Just to mention - it was a VERY cold day, and I felt bad they were working outside for so long, but they made sure everything was good to go. Couldn't have been happier with the service. Requested service on the web in the late afternoon for leaking pipes. Rep called me 1st thing in the morning and set appointment with a 3 hour window which is understandable. Once Tech Angel was on the way I was able to track to see how far our. Angel and another Tech were very professional and respectful. Great job guys! I would highly recommend.
