“DeSantis has been excellent for us. We had in 2021 a 4 zone HVAC system put in and the team did an excellent job designing and installing. A rare computer board failure happened in the outside unit. The part was on a long back order. This was very hard for us as we had no air conditioning in August of all months. They found us a used one from another unit that got us by until the new one came in. Trane, for our inconvenience, sent us a check for $500 for goodwill. Because DeSantis took such good care of us, we had them install this past summer a new HVAC system in our rental property. I see negative comments here and they all seem to be about the time Mr. DeSantis passed away unexpectedly. The company was going through the transition of new ownership.“

“First off these people actually care and if you have a plumbing or mechanical need, USE THEM! So we're opening an RV and Boat Storage facility in Coleman and Nash really saved our hide. Alex was able to fix a venting issue without completely having to redo the plumbing under our anchored office building, something other plumbers could not figure out. Michelle worked for hours trying to find the only ADA sinks in the country that would work for our bathroom because of the specific dimensions and she got them in record time and then Alex of course installed them post haste. I can adjust the system for different areas of the house to personal preference or shut off air flow completely. Other companies want to sell you 2 systems. Their service is excellent and dependable.
