When faced with the loss of cool air in the height of high July temperatures, Mr. Brown quickly evaluated the system, had it up and running in short order. Equally as efficient was the installation of a replacement unit, both timely and at a reasonable cost. The staff at Brown's Arctic Air work as a "team". They arrived on time, did a great job of installing an upgraded heat pump-A/C, cleaned up, and left on time. Aside from their fair-prices, they took time to talk to us and answer a myriad of questions, and we really appreciated that! We highly recommend them.

If your looking for a Quality job look no further. Bobby and his team showed up on time and completely gutted my old AC inside and out, cleaned and repaired my ducts. Although it was a nine hour job the end result is GREAT! They are very clean, knowledgeable and courteous. I have lived in this home for fifteen years and for the first time my AC no longer struggles to keep the house 72 degrees in this crazy heat. I strongly recommend the Arctic Air team.
