I have been coming to Excercise Coach Weston for over a year and experienced 2-3 different coaches for my 6am class. Daniel is the best there is ! He really has made a difference in my workout. He is there coaching me on technique while encouraging and giving improvement tips. Alex can Daniel be our 6am coach?

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I like the fact that the workouts are tracked and you can see your progress. For spending just a short amount of time working out we feel the burn every time we leave. You can definitely tell you are getting a workout.

Oh this is my happy place the staff is like family to me coach mari, is one of the best people I ever met Ann is awesome and there are several different coaches there that also very kind and friendly I love going to exercise coach I've been going there for 2 years and I look forward every day when I have to go there.
