My experience working with Susan was absolutely deplorable to say the least. She presented pleasant upon approach, but later showed to be so nasty and so rude. Susan did NOT possess the basic knowledge that most/all REAL Realtors should have, including not having enough sense to complete a simple contract. Additionally, Susan J. Penn also requested that I submit unnecessary documents to her, just for her to be completely unresponsive afterwards. I have been lied on by this woman to her colleague regarding matters that I will not disclose on this post. I highly recommend Susan Penn. We have worked together on several real estate deals. She has always been very proactive and always one step ahead. Susan has always been very professional and communicates with me throughout the entire transaction .

My husband and I relocated to Florida from Virginia last November.I searched the internet in hopes to find a knowledgeable realtor in Florida. Susan Penn from Berkshire Hathaway responded immediately and made me feel like I was the only client she had. Susan returned my calls right away and sent me property listings every day. When we finally moved to Florida she continued to help us until we found our beautiful home.
