“There are still really good people in the world. I called in regarding a question I had with my water heater giving me a code regarding my heat pump. Instead of coming out to tell me that I had a problem and charging me to find out what the issue was and then having to also pay for the parts he had to source, he advised that I call the manufacturer and trouble shoot first rather than paying him to come out to do the same thing. Upon calling the manufacturer and trouble shooting, they were able to let me know that I had 2 faulty parts that I can easily replace myself and they would send them to me free of charge. This was my second time contacting A-Y plumbing with the first entire interaction being for another issue that was quickly resolved. I will continue use them myself and recommend them to my friends and family“

“During the crazy water event we had in November, our house started to have water leaking through the corners of our floor. My wife and I were scrambling trying to figure out what to do. We hired Blue Construction and the owner Javiar personally came out Friday when the rain died down and assessed our home. He said he knew the problem already and had a game plan on how to address the problem with the concrete slab in our foundation. He was very quick and answered most if not all of my questions. He also assured me that he would be able to fix the issue. We just recently had another big rain event this week, and the house had no water coming through the floors at all like the last time!
