“Hands down THE best optometrist I’ve ever been to in my life. The staff is friendly, helpful and very patient. Also Dr Cruz is genuine, professional well versed in this optometric field. She explained each procedure as she was conducting the eye exam (very thorough) and addressed all my concerns. I was so nervous walking into the practice because my eyes had been twitching for weeks and it was during COVID, but I was reassured and made comfortable by the entire staff. The office was so sterile and strictly enforced social distancing and frequent hand washing to ensure everyone’s safety. I was given my charge upfront with gimmicks or hidden fees. My glasses are out of this world, I wear them everyday; the prescription was so precise and no more twitching. The whole team is one in a million at Weston Family Eye Care and I am thrilled to make this our family eye doctor. A++“

“This is above & beyond... My husband & I were on our daily bike ride, the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. My husbands eye sight in his right eye suddenly started to fade rapidly. He basically could not see by the time he arrived home. He called Dr. Rouse, who met us at his office an hour after my husband called him. Dr. Rouse did a full eye exam. He told my husband, he had a Retina tear with bleeding behind the eye, which is why he could not see. Dr. Rouse immediately called Dr. Stuart Burgess, a Retina Specialist who met with us at The Florida Eye Institute 30 minutes later. Again, it was Sunday, about 2:30pm Labor Day Weekend!! Dr. Burgess unlocked the door, did a full eye exam, AND... Laser Surgery!! Wow! Thank you Dr. Rouse & Dr. Burgess! That people, is high level patient care! My husband did a followup 3 days later. All looked good, he is on the road to recovery! Exceptional experience! OUTSTANDING CARE & PROFESSIONALISM!“
