This chiropractor had me pay him without filing the claims. By the time I spent hours and days with frustration trying to track billing, the doctor waited over a year to file and the money was not counted before my deductible. When I told him, he kept putting me off. I faxed him a letter of some of the money I lost. He was angry and said he did free acupuncture for me. I didn't want acupuncture, he said to try it, it's free. I quess not! He returned a portion of the money. He made a mess for me and caused me to lose money. Poor doctor that a patient cannot trust with billing.

Dr. Brett is a competent chiropractor. He cares about the patient holistically and not just the specific pain or disconfort points. Been there and come back every time I want some treatment for back, knees, etc.
