    I have been a regular here and I really like it. Alisa is quite good at molding the class to the people in it. I have ongoing lower back issues and her classes have been very good for me.

    I've done Pilates and Yoga in the past and am very happy with all the classes I've taken so far with Alisa. Classes are small so you can get tips on different techniques to make it better for your situation, like back pain or flexibility. The nice thing about her classes is they are good for any age, gain core strength, flexibility and balance.

    I love Alisa's classes they are small and she has a chance to correct your posture, I normally go to her yoga class but the barre class doesn't compare with any other barre class i have been. I have never done yoga before and I got good quickly because of her individualized approach.
