I had a problem collecting on a life insurance policy . I called several other law firms that said they couldn't (or wouldn't) help , my situation was unwinnable. I called the Law Offices of Jason Turchin & after the associates held a brief conference , they called me back & said they could help. My case took a couple of months as the insurance company dragged their feet on paying off every way they could. Like a Christmas miracle , this law firm received the proceeds of the payout & expedited a check to me via Fed Ex . Fell and surgery was done and no help from Resort even though it was wet and dark. Whitney and Emily at Atty Turchin were terrific all the way to court. I am extremely grateful for all of their help and bearing with me through everything.
