I'm very ticklish and I'd never been able to get a relaxation massage before because the tickling obviously prevented me from relaxing; on the contrary, for me, a massage was torture. But I don't know how this woman did it, but instead of tickling me, she practically made me fall asleep. I also got the facial and it was everything I was looking for: nothing invasive, but enough to leave my skin looking different, fresh, and more radiant. This is an amazing Spa, everyone is very welcoming and attentive. Maria did an excellent job helping me relieve the tension in my back muscles. Every time I come to this spa I feel relaxed and energized.

I am updating my review because i just got a call from the manager. He wanted to know how to make things right. He was very professional and sincerely expressed his desire to resolve my issue. We were able to work out a solution that was agreeable for us both. Customer satisfaction seems to be a thing of pass so I am very impressed that they were willing to work with me. To me customer satisfaction should be the most important practise of every business.
