Me and my father have been going for a while now and we couldn't be happier. The team is very friendly, always motivating and makes the atmosphere very fun. Also, the community they have been able to create makes you feel like a part of some family and makes you look forward to going everyday. They are very knowledgable on the exercises and always switch up the work outs so it doesn't get repetitive.

45 minutes and you are done! Every day you have a complete new set of exercises that will vary in intensity and time. The gym is clean and equipments are new. The owner Miguel and staff (Herbert, Vale, Rolo y Ori) are excellent instructors and very good people :) always pushing us to do better I don't know how but they manage to call everybody by name. The environment is great, fun and drama free. The best gym I have been in Florida.

This studio has absolutely changed my life!! The progress I’ve made in the studio has been a direct correlation with the progress and improvement in my personal life. I’m beyond thankful for the owners and trainers who motivate us and push us to have a good time!!
