Communicate on when all of your things will get ready. I got a text message stating that my garments were ready, but when I went to pick them up, they told me that I was missing 2 shirts and that they were going to be ready in 2 days. Not convenient for me.
This dry cleaners is the example of above and beyond. I spilled spaghetti all over my dress shirt I was due to wear to a dear friends wedding the night before the ceremony. I took it in the next morning and the staff put a rush on getting it done within 4 hours. Came out good as new and the wedding photos were a success! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
