I only wish I could give more stars. Laura's attention to detail and her unending energy is unmatched. I've been to other therapy places that more resemble an open gym as opposed to the individual care provided by Laura which I think is important especially if recovering from a surgical procedure. Kevin does a great job of running the office and overall simply can't say enough positive about these people!!

I’m so thankful I found A Plus Therapy. I ve gotten such great relief in my shoulder in the first few visits. It’s small but they keep you safe and usually I can hear other patients but don’t see them because of the social distancing. Everyone has been nice and professional. I read some other reviews and couldn’t believe anyone being rude there. I’ve gone at different days & times, thinking my PT Diana must be exhausted but she greets me EVERY TIME as if I’m her first patient. She’s on her feet the entire time and I swear I don’t know how she does it. I’ve been going almost two months and she still shows me herself then walks me through each exercise....read full review

The runner mentality is just do it and reach your best self. This is true especially when you reach your best PR. I did so during my second year at the Space Coast half marathon. I was living the dream when at mile 12 my left knee went out. The pain was scary, but still I kept walking as I couldn't do more. Upon seeing the finish line I jogged adrenaline rushing through me. Grabbing my medal I felt happy until I reached home. The pain was like nothing I'd ever felt. I know my body and it was screaming at me. Urgent care sent me to get an MRI confirming I tore my ACL. Now to find a physical therapist I could trust. A colleague recommended Quality Rehab Care and I went in. They immediately set up an appointment and when I arrived all my concerns were heard. My goal was to avoid surgery if possible. Laura understands her patients and treats them like family. She takes the time to listen and get to know you. There isn't a moment that she lets you give up on yourself or your recovery. Honestly, going to PT became the highlight of my week. Laura knows when you can push through even when you feel you can't.
