She is friendly, warm, welcoming, her suite is clean, she’s very cleanly, and she is patient, kind and gentle. I called the salon at Dillards and spoke with Jessica, and she got me scheduled with her for the next day. I was comforted by the fact that she also has a pixie cut - the stakes always feel high because there is so little margin for error with hair this short. When she sat me down in the chair, she asked a lot of questions, really listened, and made wonderful suggestions. I could not have had a better experience, and my haircut is just beautiful! Truly one of the best cuts I’ve ever had. I will definitely be going back to see Jessica again!

She showed me that I actually have plenty of hair and I don't need a gazillion products to style it.
